USCIS resumes premium processing for certain petitions

On March 20, USCIS announced the temporary suspension of premium processing for all Form I-129 and I-140 petitions due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). On May 29, USCIS announced it will be resuming premium processing service in multiple stages.

June 1:

USCIS will accept premium processing requests for eligible I-140 petitions as of June 1.

June 8: 

Nonimmigrant visa petitions requesting extensions of status (including requests for change of employer) filed prior to  June 8, 2020 will become eligible as of June 8, 2020.

June 15:

Nonimmigrant visa petitions by cap exempt employers and for certain foreign medical graduates will become eligible as of June 15, 2020.

June 22:

Nonimmigrant visa petitions for cap subject petitions, and filing a concurrent premium processing request with a nonimmigrant visa petition will become eligible on June 22, 2020.
