The Employment Development Department (EDD) is presently working on RIR filings which it received on August 27, 2001. Once the cases are reviewed by EDD, they are forwarded to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) for final adjudication. In the region which covers worksites in California, the DOL is taking  7+ months to review these cases once they are received from EDD.
