7/28/10 Webinar: Midyear "Hot Topics" in Immigration Law. This webinar will focus on current hot topics and provide an update on current immigration law and procedures and follows on the heels of our participation in the annual American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) conference, where many U.S. government representatives present on panels, and announce or clarify changes in law, regulations, or policy. We will review recent developments with DOS, DOL, CBP, and USCIS, as well as other areas that may be relevant to our corporate clients. Please join us for this overview of the latest developments in immigration.  (no PHR/SPHR certification for this webinar)

Jackson & Hertogs provides complimentary seminars, webinars and teleconferences as part of our monthly immigration seminar series.

Seminars employ a round-table discussion format. The seminars are held at our office in San Francisco, start at 10:00, and last approximately 90 minutes. Many of the seminar topics will be presented again at a later date. We also hold seminars off-site. For example, we have held seminars in Palo Alto, San Jose and Santa Rosa. These seminars are generally classroom style and begin with a breakfast from 9:30AM to 10:00AM. The substantive presentation is from 10AM to 12PM. Many seminars of broad interest are offered as on-line webinars: these "Web-based seminars" consist of an interactive presentation followed by a question and answer session.

To register for any of the webinars or seminars - unless otherwise noted above - please e-mail webinar@jackson-hertogs.com with the date of the seminar you would like to attend. You should receive a reply to your e-mail within 1-3 days. If the seminar you selected is already filled, we will place your name on a waiting list. Should a cancellation arise, we will notify you 3-7 days in advance.
