Jackson & Hertogs provides our clients with secured online access to case information.
Corporate Representatives are able to view their
employees' records, and individual employees are able to view their personal status record.
To access immigration records, you will need your e-mail address and a password.
If you are a Jackson & Hertogs client and do not have access to eStatus,
please send an e-mail to
eStatus@jackson-hertogs.com
and request a User ID. Once your account is set up, you will receive an e-mail message from us notifying you
that you have been enabled and can access eStatus.
If you have already been issued a password and have lost it,
send an email to
eStatus@jackson-hertogs.com
using the same e-mail address as your User ID. Allow 1-3 days for processing.

Only authorized persons may access their
immigration data. We ensure that web
reports are secure through two standard methods.
First, all users are assigned a unique user name
and password to log in to their web report page.
The unique user name and password ensures that
only the authorized user may access their web
report.
Second, Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) protect
against unwanted interception of communications
between the user's web browser and the web
server. SSL is the standard technique to
protecting Web communications. SSL
encrypts a message from the browser and then
sends it to the server. When the server
receives the message, SSL decrypts it and
verifies that it came from the correct sender.
