Jackson & Hertogs is a fast-paced business immigration law firm specializing in the high tech industry. We have an immediate opening for a Immigration Specialist!  Proficiency working with immigration case management database software, with experience in LawLogix.  Experience at an immigration law firm is preferred.

In this position, you will write specialized support letters and prepare immigration documents for submission to the USCIS and DOL. Other duties include correspondence/email and telephone interface with clients and corporate personnel, learning specialized software applications and processing procedures for employment-based immigration petitions as well as coordinating and monitoring the status of cases.  You will work on a wide variety of cases and processes alongside our attorneys.


Requirements for this position include superior word-processing (65/+ WPM) and proof reading skills as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. A detail-oriented approach to handling multiple projects with minimal supervision is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
