Jackson & Hertogs represents both companies and
individuals, and welcomes inquiries regarding individual
immigration situations. However, due to the high volume
of inquiries, and as inquiries often do not provide us
with sufficient information, we are unable to guarantee
that we will respond to your e-mail inquiry. To obtain
general information, we encourage you to first check our
website, which is updated daily. If you still have an
inquiry after reviewing our website, we ask that you
draft the e-mail in a way that would facilitate us
responding quickly and in a straightforward manner.1
Please note that depending on the nature of your
inquiry, we may not be able to respond and can refer you
to more appropriate immigration counsel, or we may
request that you schedule a consultation with one of our
attorneys.
U.S.
immigration issues are complex and typically require a
significant amount of time to address adequately.
Furthermore, each situation is different. Therefore, if
you need detailed advice specific to your immigration
situation, please contact our office to schedule a
consultation, which can be either in person or
telephonic, with one of our attorneys. The minimum
charge for a consultation is $250 for one hour.
Note that if you start a case with our office within
thirty (30) days of the consultation, your consultation
payments will be credited to your legal fees. The
consultation fee is payable by credit card, cash, check,
bank transfer or money order.
To
submit an inquiry or to schedule a consultation, click here and
fill out the consultation request page:
REQUEST CONSULTATION. We will
then contact you.
You may also call 415-986-4559 and ask for
the "attorney of the week". Please note that, unless
it is waived by the attorney, we will require payment of
the consultation fee prior to the consultation.
We
thank you for visiting the Jackson & Hertogs website.
